Consumer Rights – Withdrawal – Cancellation and Refund Conditions
General:
- By placing an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the Distance Sales Agreement provided to you.
- Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette Date: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
- Shipping charges for product delivery, if applicable, shall be borne by the buyer.
- Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address provided by the buyer within a legal period not exceeding 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may cancel the contract.
- The purchased product must be delivered in complete condition and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, along with any documents such as a warranty certificate or user manual, if available.
- In the event that it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of this, and refund the total amount to the buyer within 14 days.
If the Payment for the Purchased Product Is Not Made:
- If the buyer fails to pay for the product or if the payment is cancelled in the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product shall cease.
Purchases Made with Unauthorized Use of a Credit Card:
- If, after the product has been delivered, it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment has been fraudulently used by unauthorized persons and the payment for the sold product is not made to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping costs borne by the seller.
If the Product Cannot Be Delivered Within the Specified Time Due to Unforeseeable Reasons:
- If force majeure circumstances occur that the seller could not foresee and the product cannot be delivered within the specified time, the situation will be communicated to the buyer. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order and has paid in cash, the payment will be refunded in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the buyer has paid by credit card and cancels the order, the product amount will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, although it may take 2–3 weeks for the bank to transfer the amount to the buyer's account.
Buyer's Obligation to Inspect the Product:
- The buyer must inspect the product/service subject to the contract before accepting delivery; damaged or defective products/services (e.g., dented, broken, torn packaging, etc.) should not be accepted from the shipping company. The received product/service will be deemed to be in undamaged and intact condition. The buyer is obligated to take proper care of the product/service after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product/service must not be used, and the invoice must be returned along with the product.
Right of Withdrawal:
- The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without providing any reason, by rejecting the product and notifying the seller via the contact information provided below within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date to the buyer or the person/organization at the specified address.

Withdrawal Period:
- If the purchased item is a service, the 14-day period begins from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for service contracts for which the performance of the service has commenced with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires.
- Any costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the seller.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be sent to the seller via registered mail, fax, or email within 14 (fourteen) days, and the product must not have been used in a manner that falls under the “Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal” provisions set forth in this contract.
Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal:
- The invoice of the product delivered to a third party or the buyer must be included. (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent along with the return invoice issued by the institution. Order returns with invoices issued on behalf of institutions cannot be completed without a RETURN INVOICE.)
- The return form, along with the box, packaging, and any standard accessories of the products to be returned, must be delivered in complete and undamaged condition.
Refund Conditions:
- The seller is obliged to refund the total amount and any documents binding the buyer within no more than 10 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, and to collect the product within 20 days.
- If there is a decrease in the value of the product due to a fault of the buyer or if the return becomes impossible, the buyer is obliged to compensate the seller for the damages proportional to the buyer's fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes or deterioration occurring due to the proper use of the product within the withdrawal period.
- If the exercise of the right of withdrawal causes the total amount to fall below the campaign limit set by the seller, any discount received under the campaign will be cancelled.
Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal:
- Products that are prepared according to the buyer’s request or explicitly for their personal needs and are not suitable for return, such as underwear bottoms, swimwear bottoms, makeup products, disposable products, goods with a high risk of deterioration or that may reach their expiry date, products that are not hygienic or appropriate for return once the packaging has been opened by the buyer, products that mix with other items after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature, goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines (except those provided under a Subscription Agreement), services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered immediately to the consumer, as well as audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and storage devices, and computer consumables (if the packaging has been opened by the buyer) are not eligible for return under the Regulation. Furthermore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services for which performance has commenced with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires.
- Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear products, swimwear, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, tapes, and stationery consumables (e.g., toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) must be unopened, untried, undamaged, and unused in order to be eligible for return.
Default and Legal Consequences:
- If the buyer defaults on payment when using a credit card, the buyer acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they will pay interest under the credit card agreement with the bank and be responsible to the bank. In such case, the relevant bank may take legal action, and may claim the resulting costs and attorney fees from the buyer. In any event, if the buyer defaults on their debt, the buyer agrees to compensate the seller for any damages incurred by the seller due to the delayed fulfillment of the debt.

- Through our website, you can take advantage of online one-time payment or online installment options with any type of credit card. In your online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of your order.
